This full-scale home remodel was designed with very few boundaries. The goal was to provide a comfortable retreat to come home to at the end of the day. Kennon worked with the client to turn their home into a masterpiece of design.
The tranquil sound of water greets you as you enter the home. An organic motif was carried throughout the space, accentuated by the large-scale rock face on the fireplace and the distressed hand scraped graphite flooring throughout main areas. A monochromatic palette of color plays with the wood and slate while earthy soothing layers of luxury embrace you at every turn. Vast walls of glass were not enough for this home – many more were added to bring the natural beauty of the outdoors into the home.
To create open concept living, the dining room swapped spaces with the kitchen and many walls were removed. Custom furniture was designed and constructed to create a truly one-of-a-kind design. The chef’s dream kitchen has a statement island for food prep with a view in all directions. Minimal but stately African Sapele wood cabinets were custom designed exclusively for this project.
Upon entering this delightful bathroom, you’re greeted by back lite glass countertops and matching glass vessel sink. What could be more relaxing?
