This clean, contemporary penthouse displays unique key components in our remodel of this downtown penthouse. For starters, the tone-on-tone design presents you with relaxation in the clouds high above the city scape. A beautiful neutral striated tile gives the entry a soft and inviting look. A dining area open to the rest of the living space, lending itself to the loft-like atmosphere. A custom ceiling feature matches the decorative pillow fabric. The classic light fixture and water feature add a level of sophistication to the already stunning environment. The kitchen features black matte finish custom cabinetry with a luscious 1”×1” iridescent mosaic wall which glistens in the sun while specialty lighting adds a whimsical element to the space. Sleek chrome hardware compliments the chrome pinstripes beneath the bar.
